Capability
Handcuffs, Restraints & Control Equipment
Handcuffs, restraints and control equipment are supplied through requirement-based sourcing for government, institutional, security and project requirements in Nepal.
This is not a retail catalogue. We do not publish prices, because a handcuff requirement is usually part of a wider kit, a tender line or a replacement programme with its own quantities, key counts and documentation. What we do is identify the model the requirement actually calls for, source it, and confirm it matches before anything is ordered.
The specification that matters on a handcuff order is the one that decides whether the equipment fits the job: steel type, lock mechanism, number of locking positions, wrist opening, overall dimensions, weight, finish, and how many keys ship with the set. Send us what your requirement states and we will match against it.
On certification claims: we do not describe handcuffs as NIJ-certified, or as compliant to any standard, unless the specific model carries documentation we have actually seen. If a manufacturer provides certification for one model, we will show that certification against that model only. We will not extend a single model's compliance to a whole category, and we will tell you plainly when documentation is not available.
Relevant buyers in Nepal include police and law-enforcement procurement, armed services, government security organizations, institutional security departments, authorized security organizations, and government and institutional tender processes. We are not claiming to be an approved or authorized supplier to any named organization, and we do not imply these products are available for unrestricted civilian use. Handcuffs and restraint equipment are supplied against institutional, security and project requirements, and we assess each request on the stated purpose. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that its intended use, training and operating procedures meet the laws and policies that apply to it.

Documentation
Specification & Compliance
For technical requirements we work from the manufacturer's own documentation for the exact model being quoted. Where that documentation exists, we will present the attributes it actually states.
Specifications we can match against include:
- Material and steel type
- Lock mechanism and number of locking positions
- Wrist opening and overall dimensions
- Weight and finish
- Number and type of keys supplied
- Model number and country of origin
- Certification or compliance, where the model is documented for it
How we handle certification requests
If your requirement calls for a certified product, tell us the standard and the model, or send the tender line. We will confirm what documentation the manufacturer can provide for that specific model before you commit.
If a standard cannot be evidenced for a model, we will say so rather than implying compliance. That protects your tender response, and it is the only way a certification claim means anything in a procurement file.
Request Product
Send us the requirement - the tender line, the specification, a model reference or a photograph. We need the product, the quantity, and any specification or document you already hold. We will identify the correct model, confirm key and accessory requirements, and return a quotation. Technical clarification continues by email.
