DNB Trading & Enterprises - Standard Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website of DNB Trading & Enterprises, VAT No. 603299531, a registered trading company based in Kathmandu, Nepal. By accessing this website or submitting a requirement, quotation request or enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Services

DNB Trading & Enterprises provides specialized procurement and supply services for government, institutional, corporate and project requirements across Nepal. We operate on a requirement basis: we source, assess, quote on and coordinate delivery of equipment, goods and materials that meet your stated specification, budget and timeline. We are not a general catalogue retailer.

2. Enquiries, Quotations and Orders

Submitting a requirement through this website does not by itself create a binding contract. A binding agreement is formed only when we issue a written quotation that you accept in writing, or when a signed supply contract or purchase order is executed. All quotations are subject to availability, prevailing supplier pricing, currency movement, freight, customs, import duty and delivery timelines.

3. Specifications and Documentation

You are responsible for the accuracy of specifications, tender documents and technical requirements you provide. Where equipment must meet a published standard or specification (for example a government tender specification), we will confirm interpretability and feasibility before quoting. We treat all submitted documents, specifications and business information as confidential.

4. Pricing, Payment and Delivery

Prices are quoted as valid for the period stated on the quotation. Payment terms are specified in the quotation or contract. Delivery is subject to import clearance and logistics; any delivery date given is an estimate and not a contractual deadline unless expressly stated in writing.

5. Warranties and After-Sales Support

Warranty terms are those offered by the original manufacturer or as expressly stated in writing for a specific order. We support warranty claims, parts sourcing and after-sales service within the terms agreed for each supply.

6. Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and organization, belongs to DNB Trading & Enterprises or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, DNB Trading & Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability under a specific order is limited to the terms of that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes which cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page, and the effective date will be shown below.
